The Role:
· Assist the company to develop and grow sales team
· Achieve the sales target and KPI set by the company
· Supervise and assist team members to complete personal and team sales goals
· Participate in relevant trainings
· Manage sound relationship with partner developers and channels
· Participate in the formulation of company sales plans and actively participate in weekly meetings
· Other sales and management tasks as required
Key skills and qualities of successful candidates include:
· At least 2-3 years of experience in real estate industry
· Sales manager or team leader experience is preferred
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Strong self-discipline and responsibility
· Must speak fluent English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus
· Australian PR or Citizen
· Have Valid Victorian driver's license
